By applying for this licence, I understand that my sidewalk café meets all requirements of the City of Moncton’s By-law Relating to Sidewalk Cafés in the City of Moncton noted above.

I understand that, even once a licence is issued, my sidewalk café is subject to inspection by the City of Moncton.

Upon receiving the electronic licence by email, I will have it printed or saved and readily available for the duration of its validity in the event of an inspection.

The Licence Holder has signed the consent form authorizing the City to enter the property without notice to the licence holder and, at the Licence Holder’s sole expense, repair, alter, or remove the Sidewalk Café if the Director determines, in their sole discretion, that it constitutes a safety issue, danger, or hazard.
